They make more money providing internet to areas where there is a lot of people who can sign up for the service. Sometimes, rural areas just do not have enough people living there. Some places only need a few more people to sign up for service before the rural internet provider will service the area. In this case, it is a good idea to create a petition to send to the company. Get all the neighbors to sign the petition. If you get enough people to sign up, the company might start providing internet to your area.
