States without Rural Internet

Many states try to bring rural internet to its residents and most states are doing a great job. However, some states are not doing so well. A few states have encountered the problem of slow speeds combined with a lack of availability. One of these states is Oregon. Over half of Oregon residents have slow internet speeds that are less than four megabits. The state is slowly falling behind when it comes to technology. This is having a serious impact on their economy. Many businesses in rural areas can only receive slow rural internet. A lot of these businesses get frustrated and move out of the state.
